Día 1: Urubamba-Yanahura-Pichingoto-Tarabamba-Las Salineras-Urubamba
09:00 The ride starts at the facilities of the Urubamba Horse Ranch, after which, using the Paucarbamba Suspension Bridge, we will cross the Vilcanota River and shortly after take a horseshoe path located on the right bank of the river , in the middle of forests of taras, willows and eucalyptus, reaching the lower part of the town center of Yanahuara, after which we will ride very quietly to the river until we reach the suspended bridge of Tarbamba, which we will cross to climb uphill until we reach to the saline complex or “Salinas” (thousands of small pools excavated on the side of a mountain, these are filled with salt water that evaporates leaving salt behind.) In the distance and depending on the time of day, the thousands of terraces White wines from the Salinas de Maras, show incredible tonalities that have been captured by the best lenses of photography lovers from around the world.
